With Porto we had now reached the end of our Portugal tour. Completely without expectation, we began our discovery tour in the second largest city in Portugal. Surprisingly, this city captured my heart in a very short time.

After a few relaxing days at the Algarve, we were looking forward to a little more hustle and bustle in the Portuguese capital, Lisbon. We chose a central hotel as our starting point and walked everything on foot, this is the best way to soak up the beauty of the city.

To be honest, Portugal wasn’t really on my bucket list. However, we had to go to a trade fair in Quarteira for a few days on business and thought … why not?
